  I've been a member here since I was 2 years old, and would never have a need to go anywhere else. It's convenient, the staff is always helpful and friendly, and their online banking allows me to do all that I need at home! Love this credit union.

  Coming to the New Hudson location is truly a delight. I typically go on Fridays where Sarah the branch manager personally provides me with popcorn on Fridays (pre-covid) 4 steps in the door. The team members at this location are always so attentive that they literally shower my children with compliments (undeserved), suckers (not pointy end first), and great service. This location is also so convient in that I can get a milkshake from McDonalds, a power drill from Lowe's, and a Corvette from the Chevy dealership all within walking distance!

  I've experienced muultiple issues with their "computer systems" and inability to explain the problem. I have had problems with the management staff in the past regarding unfair business practices, penalties issued to me when it's their error and blatant disrespect. When presented with a problem on their end in regards to an account, I was actually told to "go to a liquor store. I'm sure they will take care of it." The mistake was theirs! They have taken money out of another account without my consent or knowledge to try and "correct the problem". I went in two days ago with yet another issue with their online services. As a result, I was penalized with an incorrect NSF. I was told by the teller that they would find out what the issue is and correct it for me. She requested my phone number so that she may get back to me. I have not had a response, but they have removed additional funds from my accounts.I am providing two stars because I have come across a few tellers in there that have been wonderful. I have been a member for less than two years, and have now had to go in on six different instances where the problem was theirs. Even when provided with thorough written legal documentation of their wrongdoing. I will be leaving to another credit union that is closer to my home.

  I haven been going to this bank since I got my first checking account. The customer service is second to none. Janice has been taking care of me and my family for as long as we can remember. Love it here!
