Doug Harvey1I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone on the phone to help me with some questions. I have called multiple times and the phone menu takes you in circles and then hangs up, it won't put me through to actually speak to anyone.

Fei An5The branch manager Katie Laurie has helped me so much for almost two weeks to resolve an issue of wire transfer with an incorrect account#. She spent so many hours on the phone to talk with different people not only from Chase but also from my another bank and so friendly kept me updated every day. With her kindly big help, I got my issue straighten out. I really appreciate her help so much!

Marilyn Morgan5The best bank I have ever dealt with. All Chase banks are great for me. I have a business LLC , a personal and and a savings account with them for the past 6 years. The employees are courteous and friendly. They are efficient and get any thing done quickly.

Marissa Turner1Every time my husband and I come to this bank to cash his check there seems to be an issue if we do not get Laura as our teller. She is the ONLY one that works with us. I do not understand how every time we go, there is an issue cashing his check unless it’s with Laura. I’m sick of the inconsistency we receive from this branch.

Brandon Biller5When I go in to deposit a check they are always really friendly and polite. They offered me a seat in one of the little side offices, offered me a drink, and just chatted with me while making the deposit.
