  Nia Fails did an wonderful job that when I come back I would only want to come to her. The service that she gave me and my mom was the most best service ever I was very happy and excited that she encourage me to get my first bank account!

  I absolutely LOVE this location because of Jasmine Quates. I live in Trenton Michigan but still make it a weekly tradition to come to this credit union. Jasmine helped me with the upmost respect and kindness when being serviced . Great experience!

  I was in a huge rush during my lunch break. (We all know how banks move when you’re in a rush lol). However I was assisted by a teller if the name Janet. Thank you so much! You ROCK you got me in and out and was so patient with me! I even had time to sit down and had a little of my lunch when I got back to work! Thanks again!! ;)
