      Negative 100!!! Rude AND if you don’t have an account but like me was given a check by someone who has an account there, she asked for DL, (which I had) but credit card, Insurance card, registration, and she mention few more SHE SAID TO MAKE SURE I SM WHO IT SAYS ON MY DL!!! WTH!! Other than Ithaca’s community bank MOST ARE RUDE THIS ONE THOUGH THIS PLCE I HAVE BEEN BEFORE AND THIS IS THE WORST OF ALL COMMUNITY BANKS -any banks!!!

      I have used so many banks, but this place is by far the best one. Everyone that works at this branch is extremely nice and understanding. They will go the extra mile to fulfill your needs. I do not post reviews normally but this time deserved one. Thanks again.

      SCAMMERS! I had my car payment set up to automatic payments through community bank so I never had to worry about it. My automatic payments expired so I had to log in. When I did I say that I was being charged $32 late fee every month for the past year!! At no point was i ever notified that this was occurring. Customer Service told me I am out of luck. Very disappointed as I was referred to this bank. GO SOME WHERE ELSE.

      I had a wonderful experience! I asked for help on a major deposit and teller Patti Haines was extremely helpful in answering my questions! Also Cathy Ward gave us very helpful options!

      This bank is absolutely horrible. Every other bank is looking out for their customers during this time of need by not charging overdraft fees and going the extra mile to help anyway possible but not you guys. Would rather see people struggle just as long as you get yours right. We are done with Community bank period!!!
