  I made a new bank account and the app just won’t let me sign into it and check my balance, I haven’t been able too for over a year now. Tired of calling the bank all the time just to see how much money I have 🙄🙄🙄🙄🤬

  Unfortunately as a long time customer of Steuben Trust being forced to now become a customer of Community due to a buyout hopefully they are as friendly and treat me with friendly atmosphere as Steuben trust staff did be nice if the branch was open on Saturday at least till noon!

  Bank tellers are friendly and helpful. Service obtaining mortgage was extremely slow with rudeness shown towards the realtor when the deadline for obtaining mortgage confirmation was past.

  I appreciate the time they take with their customers, it would be nice if they were open on weekends though for those of us who work during all of their open hours M-F.

  This bank is a joke the employees are unprofessional and rude, they help with nothing! If I could give no starts I would!

  bath branch snotty and not helpful to elderly. Didn't Authorized a charge and will not help her with it.
