Zach Graulich5Recently open a business checking account with Community Bank in Orchard Park. The process of setting up the account was very easy and was done pretty quickly. They even gave me a free gift for opening an account. After we set up the account, a computer glitch became present that we could not figure out how to fix. The people at community bank were very helpful as we went about getting this problem solved, it almost seemed as though they wanted the problem solved more then I did. They spent a ton of time making sure that my account was set up perfectly. They quickly got the account all figured out. I really appreciated the work that they did for me as I got my account and business set up. This bank has a very personal touch and the people there make you feel very welcomed. Because of the extremely kind people working there I highly recommend the Orchard Park branch of community bank

R Van1I’ve always loved my experience with community bank. While I’ve probably only had to go into the branch maybe 6 times in 6 years the staff has always been courteous and friendly to me and really seemed to care about any concern I may have had. That was till this last week. I had to dispute a charge from a merchant that was giving me the run around. I spoke with “customer service specialist “ not from that location, give him the facts and the proof of everything I claimed. Within 5 days ‘2 being weekend days ‘ and for arguments sake let’s say 2 days of mail travel I received a letter telling me “they have finished their investigation and ruled in the merchant’s favor “. Wow in one day I’m which I was not contacted once for any further info about my claim , etc. Seems like these folks just plain don’t care about the customer anymore. As a customer using the orchard park branch customers know the aggravation of the atm machine being down more often than it working for months on end , and if you have to withdraw money during these times you’re paying a fee to a non community bank atm. Maybe this company needs to get back to what they originally were all about , I am just a small time customer in the grand scheme. But doing right by your customers no matter how big or small they are is paramount this day in age. There are far better banks with far better options and offers out there begging for your business. I’m about to discover a new bank for my business.

Patricia Pulichene1I'm very upset with Community Bank. I felt like a criminal leaving the Orchard Park branch today. I have overdraft protection & as of many of you know on a rare occurrence you may need it. Today was that day for me. I spend lots of time on the phone with a few customer service representatives, who was able to help me set up my debit card with the overdraft protection plan (I already had it through my checking account) my reasoning for setting this up for my card, was to avoid the extra driving as I don't live close to Community Bank. Long story short I had to drive out to the bank, setting up the overdraft protection plan on my card took time to process & would not be ready to use until next business day. That was fine. So I write out a check to us my overdraft protection plan that we as members get, by the way we pay a fee when we use it. The bank supervisor (I believe) treated me like I was trying to pull a fast one, she says we are not LOANING you money, it's against POLICY! I then asked what's the difference if I take it from the ATM or write a check? She said she is not going against policy to cash it, I'm welcome to go to another location. As I called my main branch in SpringVille Ny, they confirmed that this was not policy & they could of cashed the check & still they refused.

Carly Logan5I got the pleasure of speaking with Amy in the mortgage loan dept, she answered all my questions, was so patient and offered to follow up with me if I needed anything! She definitely gained a future customer when I’m buy a home because of the great customer service she provided!

Moe P1Horrible experience trying to get a loan for an investment property. Dealt with Kathryn Drozdiel and she was nothing short of a real pain to deal with, very pushy, rude and unprofessional.

Dave McCrory1I tried to cash my check but as soon as the employee saw me walking to the door she locked the door and when explain to her I'm here to cash my check it is important she did not care.and even after that I was in the parking lot on my g.p.s she was looking out the windows it is 2020 I am not here to rob a bank but tring to pay my bills

Lori Cousins1If i cld give this place 0 stars i wld the atm drop box is closed & has been for the longest time there's no atm inside like most places this is the 2 nd time in a row i've experienced this from this place i tght on the 2nd trip they wlda actually had a atm inside but no don't go here waste of time gas

We are continuing to assess the damage, which includes determining when we can make repairs and reopen the drive thru and ATM. In the meantime, the lobby is still open normal business hours to assist you with your banking needs. Should you need to access an ATM afterhours or a drive up teller lane, we have three Community Bank branches located within 20 miles of the Orchard Park branch that will all be happy to help you with your banking needs: one in North Collins and two in Springville.
