  I’ve only been with CFCU since Feb 2022 after being with Bison Federal Credit Union for almost 30 years. The level of customer service at BFCU declined so badly I felt compelled to find a new credit union. The staff at CFCU has bent over backwards to help me set up my accounts, inform me of all the services they offer & quickly take care of the 2 problems I had shortly after opening my accounts. The products & numerous services have some of the best rates I’ve found especially with the current economy we are in. I have recommended CFCU to several friends & clients since joining & will continue to do so.

  Everything was going fine until the tellers at Shawnee branch messed up my bank card and had to go a month without a debit card

  Every time you turn around their banking system is down and you cannot log into your account.

  Have to say it has been a wonderful experience and I hope that it continues. Has-been problems and have been saved a couple of times from charges that wasn't supposed to be there. Would definitely recommend this bank to all my friends.

  Pleasant bank tellers. I wish the drive thru would stay open a little later than 6pm. That's why th 4 stars. But so far this has been a very good bank for me.

  The building is beautiful inside and out the landscaping was perfect, the atmosphere in the bank was pleasant, the employee's were polite, courteous,and professional, i would recommend this credit union to my family and friends.

  Worse place I have ever tried to deal with. With a legal power of attorney to withdraw or transfer funds from my spouse Individual accounts to our joint accounts at another bank, this institution questioned the legality of a notarized legal document and refused to accept. No compassion from the personnel present. I asked since I was listed as beneficiary on her account, did I have to wait until she died, and one teller replied that then I could claim the account. No way would I recommend this institution. If I could, I would give it a Zero rating.
