  I’ve been pawning various items with American pawn and gun for a couple of years and they are pretty reasonable with their appraisals. They always call me and remind me of my dates and balances and getting stuff out is quick and easy. The customer service is usually pretty good but they are always very busy and it can be hard to give each customer absolute attention with short staffing issues but overall I am very happy to do business with them. Thanks guys.

  My Husband and I Had A Drop Off Order For These Wonderful Ladies. I Recommend For Anyone To Go There To Shop Or Pawn. Awesome Prices And Shopping. Has Everything You Need. Michelle And Her Staff Are Absolutely Amazing And Nice. Thanks For Everything Ladies.

  I worked there for a short period, the shift lead I had would constantly yell at me and have an attitude towards me even at times for things out of my control. The owner went as far as to say I was dirty even though I had on brand new clothing and had taken a shower right before work. Very toxic place to work they can't keep help because of how they treat their employees. Several times I was doing my work and my coworker was asked to do things as well and she just stood there on snapchat while I did what she was asked as well. I wouldn't recommend working here unless you enjoy a toxic environment.

  This business has a large selection of tools, appliances, electronics & specialty items that are typically well cared for & reasonably priced; The staff does an overall excellent job maintaining items and relations with customers, I appreciate them especially.

  Michelle was very nice and the shop was very clean. They seem to be very knowledgeable about their items. Would suggest giving them a try.

  Been in multiple times to pawn and buy stuff. Staff always rude and pushy and when I’ve asked questions they get upset.

  Every time I walk in their the employees treat me like I can’t afford the the items I ask to look at. I asked to see a saw, dude behind the counter shakes his head and repeats the price outloud as if I couldn’t afford it. The saw battery was damaged and it didn’t even last me a week anyway.

  Service was extremely rude after receiving an insulting offer. Then didn't even care to look at another piece I had brought to pawn. The only question I had asked was why such a low offer. 20$ for a 250$ chainsaw makes no sense so had asked why. The lady immediately slid it back across counter and walked away. Cause the 5 mins she had spent was to long. Never have i been treated so rudely. I'm glad I fought overseas only to be treated so poorly by people you fought for.
