  Great staff willing to help. Good selection of services, and facilities are well kept. Reason for the 4 star they charge to make a transfer of funds to an another bank or credit union , even done on-line. Computer wages must be high.

You also can make free online transfers to another financial institution with Zelle through your online banking account.   My husband and I have been members with Communication Federal for over 20 years. I took my daughter and her boyfriend into the bank to get advice on buying a vehicle and loan options. Corey took a lot of time with us. He explained the loan process, described their options in detail and helped them with their loan application and financing. Can’t say enough good things about this branch and it’s employees. Corey is top notch if you ever need advice or help with the loan process. Thanks Corey

  Probably the most friendly bank I’ve done business with. Usually never have any issues.. but why would one of the Tulsa locations allow me to refinance my truck but not the owasso location?? Very annoying. Thankful to the Tulsa location for helping me out

  I had gotten a phone and a young lady at the Owasso branch was so kind in helping me log on to my new cell after i forgot all my security question and lock myself out of account

  Zio opened our account for us. She was amazing. Corey helped us open our credit card. Again another amazing employee. I had to go in for something and Charissa helped me. AMAZING. Everyone is friendly and so excited to help you out. I recommend this credit union to anyone looking!!
