  It's been an average bank, I have been with this Credit Union for 7 years and they haven't really offered anything truly beneficial to its shareholders. They basically use you as nothing more than an equitable instrument such as getting you to sign up with life insurance agencies etc. They also don't provide any knowledge to its shareholders on how fractional reserve banking works and the pros and cons of the type of banking system they use. I feel as though nothing is in your benefit the leap up checking is very minuscule compared to the amount of money they make off of you (thousands and millions) for having direct deposit based on fractional reserve banking and the asset/liability chart. Credit Unions are barely any better if at all than Banks.

  I've been dealing with banks and loan companies for 24 years . This is the best banking experience you could hope for . Services cover the total spectrum of financing loans and all your banking needs .. if there were 10 stars it would have been closer to the deserving review. Straight thumbs up .. excellent staff very helpful knowledgeable..

  I opened an account a few weeks ago. So far it is the best bank I have ever experienced. They are very quick with transactions inside or drive through.

  Teller messed up and put money in wrong account Understandable. When ask to fix it he gave me the run around. So i said ill have go to my app and fix. He said you could do it I had all the # even witch account to go in. With This kind of service i should have stayed at mainsource. Because they wouldnt fix there screw ups either

  The slowest ATM that I know of. Ever since Time Warner switched to Spectrum I noticed CCUKY ATM became super slow! If you're in a line you should plan on being in it for 5-10 minutes.

  I just deposited my paycheck in the atm at the bank and now I can't get any of my money and I need it why are you holding my money from me
