It's went down hill over the past 8 years or so. None of the regular workers are there, no one left knows the regular customers anymore and they never seem to want to help or Care. They make it very hard to just make a loan payment. Our entire family moved our checking and savings back to Commonwealth credit union bank. It's very disappointing, considering we knew the ones that started this bank and that's why we went there since they 1st opened. The original owners must not be a part of it any more.
