Tiffany Baker1UNREAL can not believe they r a real bank and continue to b. I have had $ missing from my account on several occasions and no one knows n e thing about it or how it got gone from the start and I have had so much trouble being able to access my account on line that its not funny. I have had my password changed so many times and still to this day i continue to be locked out of my account on line and I to this day still await a statement either via USPS or via e mail. With that been said I cant show that I actually have $ missing only have my personal homemade check/bank book and believe me when i say I DO NOT MISS COUNT MONEY...

Marty Roberts1Too bad " negative stars" isn't a choice! Very lazy, incompetent, or a combination of the two. If you have money in their establishment, I suggest that you remove it before a hacker does it for you. The charge was flagged and they sent the transaction through anyway. They have lied for two days saying that the money would be put back into the account. Even after supplying them with a police report that they requested. Still nothing. Every time a request is made to speak to the branch manager, they are either "busy" or " already gone for the day".

Melissa Rivera1AVOID IF POSSIBLE! I have had my account there less than 2 months, and I'm already looking to move my money elsewhere, even if it is inconvenient for the rest of my family. I deposited two checks issued by US businesses before Labor Day and was told my funds would be released last week. I had to go into the bank yesterday to ask where the money was, only to be told that they were going to hold on to one of them for another week! This is with a sign on their counter clearly stating hold time is 5 business days and the legal requirement to notify members IN WRITING of delays in releasing funds. Today, my son went to ask for a document I needed to process my mother's mortgage and they acted like they had no clue what he was talking about. Would give 0 or negative stars - they give credit unions a bad name...

King Persian Cat5I love this credit union! Always so friendly and willing to help! Credit Unions are far supieior to banks, in my opinion. Love this one and its staff and the hours are superb!
