      I got a check from an account holder from this bank, went to this bank to cash it and found out they charge to cash their own checks! Sign of a failing bank? Or just incredibly greedy? Either way this is the worst bank in Joplin.

      Friendly staff , great location. It’s not my bank I was only there cashing a check. Everyone that stopped in while I was there seemed happy. My dog Chip was especially pleased that I came out with a treat for him compliments of the cashier.

      Terrible place to bank They do nothing but put 7 day holds on your checks even after banking there over 6 months. Definitely would not recommend them.
