  Thanks Jared Crawford you are a banking genius with a lot of care for your customers you took a rather horrible situation with my concern, honestly bad for me at first coming to bank about loosing card had to go through all that red tape to get funds transferred to checking account, then opening new my spending card, agent helping made error, but Jared took the initiative to be not only a great team player but more like the Captain of the Team, Stephanie thank you for taking the call and the actions you took, couldn't fixed this error on my own. Thank You both very much!!! My thoughts of Commerce have improved by 1000 percent!!!

  Commerce Bank always gives me a pleasant experience when I go through the drive thru. They are always professional and friendly and I never have any issues when banking through the drive thru or the lobby. Thanks for always giving great service... :)

  I have been banking here with a small business for four years. I have had nothing but oppression from this bank. Holding customer checks then bouncing business checks. No overdraft protection available for small businesses. No help with credit building. No understanding that small business go up and down constantly. I will be promptly switching to a bank that wants to help me grow who wants me to be successful. Do not bank here unless you have lots of money. if you do not you are just another customer they don't want.

  This Bank is a complete joke it is 100% comical to charge someone $8 to cash a check without having an account there when the check is made out from a commerce Bank it's just another way of them getting money off you twice absolute crooks I will never do business with them again

  Always had great help here except recently ! Have brain damage from being baleaten and fell hard attempting to get my life back together. They closed my account and refuse to help me although I have thousands coming int that account this month! Thank you for the past , sad that Your loyalty did not last!   I deposited money into my mothers account on 10/9/2018 it is now 10/18/2018 and the deposit still hasn’t showed up causing my mom hundreds now in over draft fees. When we call, the bank claims we never deposited any money even though I have the freaking receipt in my hand!!!!!! This bank is absolutely horrible, slow and the workers are incompetent and rude. Don’t waste your time or money with this bank.

  My company does all of our banking at this branch. They all do a very good job at this branch. Although I really wish Jackie still worked there.
