  How is it possible that a young man can go into your location with his driver's license in hand and not be able to cash his check. Returns to the car and explains to the owner of the company that they would not cash his check. The owner goes in and shows his DL and bank card. They pull up the account and see that there is more than enough money in the account to cover the check THEY STILL REQUEST A 2ND FORM OF ID FROM THE EMPLOYEE! Seriously!! They leave without the check being cashed.

  This bank location took the liberty of profiling my partner when he was just coming to get change. He did NOTHING suspicious and works as a correctional officer. Your security needs to do better because this isn’t okay at all.

  A homeless guy in a green puffer jacket just tried to get money from me while I was at the atm. My biggest fear, and luckily my boyfriend hopped out of the car and told him to back off and he then got mad of course. Not the safest, but the most convenient location for me.

  If I was just reviewing this location - they'd get 5 stars. Sadly, none of the others I've been to have met the high standards of customer service set here. Every employee has gone above and beyond to help us with our business account. I appreciate each and every one of them.

  Worst out of all Commerce locations in the Metro. Only bank I've ever known to close their Drive up ATM at 8pm! and it's almost always broken. Tellers are too slow. The parking lot is busted up with garbage and hugepot holes. They should be ashamed.
