  Waiting in line for drive thru at Comerica in Pleasant Ridge. Five people in front of me. 3 windows open and in 25 minutes they have served 2 customers. A joke. Just here with family so they can deposit a check. I understand why lobby is closed Do not bank here must be better options in town. Surprised Governor hasn’t shot the down due to gas fumes. Are they on work stoppage. Ridiculous

  Sara: Act like the professional that you purport to be and not the poor representative of Comerica that I encountered. After waiting several weeks to get a response regarding a complicated transfer and not returning any messages I, therefore, concluded that you must spend most of your working day on a very long lunch break and running errands. Incidentally, after two weeks, I rightfully concluded that parking my money in Comerica would be a big mistake if your representation is a-typical of the "customer service" that the bank offers. I went elsewhere.
