The last 2 weeks the lobby has been closed because of 2 people out sick? 3 people inside that won’t help customers. The line at drive thru is always 20 minutes long with only 4 to 5 cars. Where is the management? My busines’s and personal accounts deserve better 20+ year customer

Been waiting 4 days for a call back so I can fill out a loan and get some info. No call back and even stopped in to talk to someone. The guy apparently is never in the office and makes appointments to be had somewhere else in town. He left atleast 3 times rom the office the day I drove 20 minutes to town. Called the one in dallas and spoke to a great guy immediately on 2 different days. To add it's been a month and no contact from the bank. Went and got a loan somewhere else. I will be closing my account with columbia bank as my family has had way to many problems.

I think that this place shows that they don't want to be apart of the McMinnville community. We are all having a rough time with construction, finding parking and what not. But they have got to be the rudest and most unprofessional establishment I have ever encountered! They won't let any one use their mostly empty parking lot. I can't believe they would chose to treat members of our community as criminals than friendly neighbors. Have fun with your high and mighty parking lot as my co-workers have to worry about their car getting wrecked or them themselves getting injured. Grow up.

Took over our bank when it went under. Didn't like the terms on their accounts, so we moved over to my credit union for all banking.
