  My son and I had to do a couple of transactions today through the drive-thru and we were ecstatic when Anthony handled both transactions ( cashier's check and a cash withdrawal over our daily limit ) with professionalism and ease. We did not even have to come inside and he made it very easy for us. Thank you Anthony for making it easy, painless and quick. You are an asset to the organization

  Carly is fantastic, she greets you by your first name. Everyone in the bank is very pleasant and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have had the best service. It’s always “never a problem. We can do that! “. Even Dave walks around with a pleasant attitude. I will never leave this bank!

  I have been with this branch for many years. Yes, some people have left; naturally either retired or perused other careers. However, customer service in this branch has remained top notch. I do find the cooperate side has grown and needs to remember the importance of why so many consumers have remained with Columbia, attention to friendly consumer needs.

  Poor customer service. Rude manager and head teller. I have been a customer since 1994, if it was not for the excellent service at other branches I would be leaving......
