  Never had a problem with this bank. Very helpful. Mike is wonderful, as I lost a safe deposit key and he was quick and helpful to get me one, kind and professional. Katie is always kind too.

  My mom went into the bank this morning the women who helped her was very cold and short with her. Almost had her in tears. She has been banking there for a few years and never had a problem, all the other people at that bank are friendly and helpful. Stay away from the women with long blond hair and pink glasses.

  Why does this bank always have trouble with their on line banking site. At least once a month it is down. Now today being the 3rd of the month, I need to pay my bills, I google the site and it opens up to First Union Bank page. I tried 5 times and every single time it opens up with another back page...???? TD Bank is looking better and better to me.

  This bank need to turn down the volume on their atm I live next to it and all I hear when I am trying to sleep is beep beep beep beep and if someone leave something at the atm it even worst . No atm needs to be that loud
