  I recently refinanced with Colorado mortgage and had the best mortgage experience ever. David Burson was very professional and genuinely wanted to find the best deal to fit my needs. He had the expertise and patience to carefully navigate my unusual circumstances. And I ended up saving much more than I thought I could in a new mortgage. He was a pleasure to work with! I will definitely go back to David for any future mortgage needs and would highly recommend him to friends and family.

  I experienced excellent service with Jerry Cusik at CMG. He is able to offer very good closing costs for his clients. Don't waste your time with American Financing and others.

  David was absolutely incredible. He is the type of person to listen to what you need and actually work for you. I’m sure I didn’t pay him enough for the job he did for my family. Whenever he quoted us he was correct and there were no surprises with him. I think my final mortgage was $50 less per month than what he quoted me 6 months prior before a house was even found. If you want someone to do an honest and great job then use David.

  Colorado Mortgage Group is amazing. We have used the them for two refinances on our existing home and just used them again for or new home purchase. David Burson and the whole team are wonderful. We have bought and sold a few houses now and we will always use Colorado Mortgage Group moving forward. Not only do they find the best mortgage lender to use, David knows so much about the profession that he truly can make your dream home come true. We would call David at every hour of the day and if he didn't answer you better believe that he would be calling you back ASAP, even when he was on vacation. Bottom line CMG is the best!

  David at CMG was amazing to work with! I have a very complicated income situation, with self-employment, rentals, ect. Due to those circumstances, my wife and I had been denied for our mortgage by three other lenders. David sat down and took the time to look closely at our unique situation, and find solutions to our hurdles. He was a great communicator, always keeping us in the loop on where we where at in the process, and always responding to phone calls, email sand voicemails in a timely manner. He went way above and beyond what I would expect from any business to make sure we were well serviced and pleased. I highly recommend CMG. 5 stars, A++, 10/10, 100%
