  8/5 I'm hopeful but this is not a branch issue, corporate would make this decision. Also the agent I talked to was from the call center not the branch. 7/31 So I was charged a $10 incoming wire transfer fee for depositing funds into my account. Never heard such a thing and of course the agent is reading from a scripted post. If funds are deposited into my account for the bank to use, do not charge me for it. I may just move my chkg and mortgage to another bank.

  I had some issues with the Popmoney and called for help. It was Adrienne Garrett who replied my phone. She was very patient to help me go through all the steps until the issue is resolved.

  I had to sit and wait over 30 minutes while they said it would take around 10.

  Awesome credit union to use if you are looking to get financing for a home purchase. They are open communication every step along the way and take the time to sit down with you to talk about every question you may have!
