  I worked with Christina when purchasing an investment property on Topsail Island. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and the market. She was always a text or call away and incredibly responsive and helpful with everything along the way. It is hard to find people as dedicated and competent as Christina, and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. I wouldn't consider anyone else for my real estate needs.

  Holly Hobbs is absolutely amazing. I recommend her to everyone I meet that needs a realtor (this is not an exaggeration, I actually do this). I have used her to buy multiple properties over the past 6 months and in this crazy competitive market, she knows what is best for her clients! She is one of the most honest and genuine people I’ve ever met. She is the definition of a self-starter, hard worker (she will work as late as it takes to get the deal done and as quick as possible), super knowledgeable and an absolute professional. She will break everything down and takes the complicated paperwork and makes it easy to understand. She knows the area, reliable home inspectors, repair personnel, lawyers, and anything else you can think of.   Brittany is amazing. She made finding a home to rent an easy and hassel free experience. She listened to both what my boyfriend and I wanted and found us a perfect home. The little differences like helping clients get pressure washing and gutter cleaning scheduled rather than just telling a client to do it really help put them a step ahead! Thanks!

  Coastline Realty has been a great company to deal with. We have rented the same property from them for 4 or 5 years. Each year they are very accommodating, helpful and very courteous. I bother them each year when we arrive at the island early and they are always polite no matter how busy they are.
