  This mortgage company is doing a great job! Mike and Kim really are keeping me up to date. They are very COVID-19 safe; I was able to submit all of my mortgage documents online. They let me know what the potential bumps in the road would be, and kept me up to date during the whole process. They even had a video going over how the mortgage process works! They are really educational and proactive in the financing game. Give them a call!

  Anyone who meets Mike will likely question what they did to deserve it. When they discover he graduated they’ll be surprised, and when they hear where he graduated from they may not want to do business with him - but that will be a mistake. He somehow put together a great team who does an awesome job finding you the best mortgage possible. You may need to communicate with him on occasion, but do not fear. The competent team @ Cobalt has proven they can excel even with his help. Call Cobalt and ask for Rachel. I was fortunate to work with Rachel, Shannon and Kristen. They did a great job. (It was almost like Mike does not work there.) They took all my information and monitored the rates until just the right time to show me the money. Looking to refinance at the best rate?   Mike and Rachel are extremely efficient, reliable, honest and work hard to get their clients the best results. Mike took my application for a refinance and held it for a few weeks until he could.lock in a 3.25% interest rate, saving me 300 a month.   After months of lack of communication, miscommunication, and failed promises from our current national mortgage lender to simply refinance our mortgage with nothing to show for it we turned to a local mortgage company for help. In less than two weeks Cobalt Mortgage brought to fruition our refinanced mortgage and we are now enjoying a lower interest rate and saving hundreds on our payments.
