  Some people find their “dream home” right away but for me it’s taking a while longer. I have been working with Carol Menz on this journey and am very happy that I have her. Carol shows the same enthusiasm today as she did on day one. Carol is very responsive to my questions, concerns and available to show any property. Even when Carol was on vacation she made advanced arrangements for a realtor in her office to assist me if needed. I usually do not make recommendations but I would recommend Carol to my friends because she is great at what she does and I believe she loves and enjoys helping people find the right house that they will call “home”. It’s fun looking at houses with Carol and hope to continue to do so until we find “The One”.

  My husband and I purchased a vacation home through Coastline's agent Ami Menz. Since we live 2 hours away, we would have sporadic requests here and there while in town over a 6 month period of looking, and Ami was always accommodating. She also was very prompt in responding to any questions or requests that we had. And most importantly, she did it all with a wonderful and professional attitude. Thanks Ami!

  This was our first time renting from Coastline. They were great to work with. Always answered our calls or got back to us quickly. The place we stayed at was very clean and maintained. Our agent Steph was very professional and helpful. We will use them again. Thanks for helping use have a great vacation during these challenging times.

  Carol Menz helped me sell our house in Cape May. Throughout the process, she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. She put me in touch with local painters and property managers to help with repairs, and also helped coordinate this work in my absence. It was a difficult time for me due to an illness in my family, but Carol was on top of everything and helped move things forward. I chose Carol because of her excellent reviews, and they were spot on!

  Coastline Realty are an organized and very hard working crew of good people that know the real estate in the our area and always go more than the extra mile for you. I have had many dealings with them on properties and they have been very successful at getting the job done. I would say they are the best around our area. Very professional.

  We have used Coastline over the last 13 years for all facets, from renting a summer unit, to buying a vacation home, to finding renters for our vacation unit and to finally selling our vacation home (quickly and at an excellent price!). To say that we have had a wonderful experience with the Coastline team is an understatement. The entire team has gone above and beyond in their service to us. From Carol and Ami Menz as the owners, real estate associates like Ken Hutchinson, Margaret Bethel and Ed Connolly and helpful support staff (Shawne Gilbert and Bonnie Allamong), we have received incredible customer service over the years. One small example was shortly after we bought our place, hurricane Sandy hit and we did not know if our unit was damaged or not. We lived far away and Ami Menz went over shortly after the storm passed and sent us photos showing our place was still standing and in good shape. On the rental side, Coastline filled the substantial majority of our rentals early every season and always was an excellent interface between us and the renters. Lastly, on the sale side, Carol Menz and Ken Hutchinson did an amazing job and we sold the unit quickly at an excellent price. As you can imagine, I would highly recommend Coastline if you are looking to buy or sell a property, use them to rent your place or if you are seeking to find a rental for your next summer vacation. You won’t be disappointed!
