  Whoa are these guys good. From my first contact with Shane to finishing the loan with Whitney. Everyone was very friendly and they make you feel like they are working hard to earn your business. Not only their enthusiasm that helps the process, but they are completely thorough. When you need a mortgage, call them!!!

  The team at Coastal Lending was extremely helpful while consulting me on the loan process. Todd especially was exceptional at answering my questions promptly and clearly. We ended up obtaining the mortgage through a newer lender so, the process was a little murky however, we were able to get the loan approved prior to the scheduled closing date. Thanks again!

  Todd and Whitney are great... Todd answers his phone on the weekends and nights PLUS he got me a rate .5% lower than what a big bank quoted me. I was warned the underwriting process would be worse than shoving my arm in a meat grinder... Whitney made it simple! My credit history isn't perfect and they made everything seem easy. Highly recommend them!

From the beginning of the process, all options were giving up front, with accurate estimates.   On behalf of my dad, Team Janet and Allison found him the answers and refinancing solutions that he was seeking. Janet and Allison were, consummate professionals. They patiently, diligently and professionally worked with my dad to find what worked best for him from the application process to closing + at a lower than expected interest rate.   I got a awesome rate!!! I was at 3.75% before I Refinanced and thought I Would never get lower I got 3%. Carmen and his team were so easy to work with and available 24/7. Would definitely recommend them.

  I would like to thank Coastal Lending Group for their outstanding customer service and just excellent service all around. Staff was always so friendly and prompt in responding to any questions I may have had. And I had a ton of questions. I never felt like I was a burden, I am a first time home buyer and new to the whole experience so I was e-mailing CLG constantly. I received a great rate. I would definitely recommend this company!
