  Always greeted with positivity. The ladies and Randy are absolutely great. They work with you. They get you done and go above and beyond for their clients. Janie The manager is a WONDERFUL manager. She gets things done and respects your time and has everything ready to go in a timely manner. She got me approved and helped me with my car situation! Always a nice happy environment.   If you feed them, they will come! I am so very grateful and fortunate that there is an avenue for which to express my sincere appreciation for Coastal Finance of Shallotte, NC. The staff, Oh My Goodness! Surely, they were hand-picked because not everyone is cut out for the customer service industry, but this company had GOT IT IN THE BAG with stellar winners in that office! I have personally interacted with each person there and their positive energy, willingness to go the extra mile, ability to listen and work from a personal premise that meets their business standards is impeccable. Becky has strong customer-oriented principles that feeds your sense of purpose and elevate your need for individual desires to be met in the best way possible without compromising company values as far as what can and cannot be provided. I just love Becky’s since of humor, her professionalism and her ability to ‘dumb it down for you’ in a manner that is so welcomed when you just can’t quite understand some things. Janie is so lively and connects with you on a personal level with perhaps hobbies and goals and she is not afraid to be real with me and never compromising her work ethic/integrity. And Randy, what can I say? He is so approachable and not threatening or demeaning when the time sometimes arises due to life circumstances that a ‘Promise’ must be made.   I Love these people. Nobody likes getting in a position where they have to borrow money, but these people at this office are so understanding and easy to deal with.They don’t harass you when your payment is due but they do give you a reminder call.   I went in to get a personal loan for a recreational vehicle. The lady in the front I think her name is Becky. She was very kind and patient. The manager Janie Is exceptional at her job and has lots of experience dealing with first time loan seekers as myself. I was very satisfied with the interest rate they gave me and I was even able to set up reoccurring online payments! I would definitely recommend Coastal Finance SHALLOTTE office. I capitalized Shallotte because there is several locations but the staff in Shallotte is by far the top of the line.
