  This lender and his team are top notch! I've now closed multiple loans with them and referred them out to many happy clients. Communication is never missing from the transaction and Gracee does a phenomenal job of making sure you know what's going on every step of the way. Rates are highly competitive as well. I thought it would be much harder to work with a private lender and am happy to be wrong in this instance.

  Terrible experience working with lender. Offered up a number of problems on the refinance of loans without ine solution. Very confrontational and difficult to work with. They dont have the capacity to work multiple deals at a time and work at a snail's pace. Buyer beware.

  Highly recommend. Great communication and persistence to get deals funded quickly. Awesome team to work with. Coastal has funded quite a few flips and long-term rentals for us of over the last year or so. Having worked with a number of lenders, they are our favorite.

  I'm an investor that went from working with a big time company that funded are own deals to moving to another state and starting my own business. Coastal Equity Group is a company that was part of a network I belonged to and let me just say that they have completely taken care of all of my funding needs. They have been extremely professional and very responsive. I am a very active investor and once I spot a property and need to make an offer, Gracee from Coastal Equity makes sure I get my pre approval letter asap so I can submit with my offer. Gracee is absolutely fabulous to work with!!!Their rates are very good and I will be doing business with them for a long time. I normally don't write a lot of reviews but Coastal Equity Group has earned a 5 star rating from me without a doubt. Call them for any funding needs. You can't go wrong working with them.
