From what I understand, this is a bank that is no longer affiliated with City National Bank and is Still using the CNB acronym but is in fact a CITIZENS NATIONAL BANK. Not convenient for Charlestown residents to use to bank at for making deposits and Person to person transactions.

This is a bank off of I-81 exit 20 in Falling Waters,Wv. Easy access on and off of I-81 and Rt.11. Has handicap parking and entrance with bathrooms available. Has drive through windows. Next to gas, food and lodging.
