      We arrived 3 hours before closing and were assisted by salesperson Brian McCaffity. Couldn't have asked for anyone better. He was professional, to the point, honest, and made the overall experience excellent. Thanks Hyundai and Thank you very much Brian!

      I was told my car would take 1 hour to fix. I looked outside and noticed my car hadn’t moved in 1 hour and 10 minutes. I asked the rep how long it was going to take. He said he would check on it. Then he moved my car into the bay and told me it would be 1 1/2 hours. 1 hour and 40 minutes later I had to track down the the original rep who told me they couldn’t fix it, and had to order another part. I overheard a woman talking on the phone about how ridiculous this place was. Before she left she grabbed two handfuls of snacks.... At the time I thought It was pretty ridiculous, but now as I sit in their parking lot I am contemplating grabbing two handfuls or snacks.... I wouldn’t do that, but seriously the lack of respect of other people’s time is ridiculous. If they were backed up just tell me, then I wouldn’t be writing this 1 star review. Customer service here is horrible. That’s disappointing because we really enjoyed our salesperson here. It’s a 35 minute drive, but my wife doesn’t like the Broad St Hyundai. We might need to consider going there.

      First off colonial drop the ball but they took care of me in the end. Chris is a excelent mechanic there and if you have any electrical issues he is your guy. If you have serious issue just let them know you dont want a rookie on it. If its for oil changes and simple stuff its ok.I would of given them 5 stars if they hadnt taken 6 weeks and a phone call to corporate later to fine the problem. But like i said before they and corporate took care of me in the end. Still a loyal hyundai owner.

      Cheyanne was very helpful and timely in helping me with 2 issues I had. Both were handled by her very quickly even though she was very busy with other customers...(great multi-talker 👌!!). Couldn’t have asked for better help than what Cheyanne provided for me. It was a very great customer service !!! Always have and will continue to have all service on my Hyundai taken care of by Colonial Hyundai.

      Excellent Service from the staff. A customer brought in his 2 service dogs. One of the dogs started shedding his hair on the floor An agent swept the hair up right away. The dogs were just as big as the male customer One was a large german shepherd and the other dog was a large Dogue De Bordeaux. The same dog that was in the movie " Turner and Hooch ". The dogs did not bother anyone but the owner had to restrain them to keep the dogs from sniffing some of the customers. Every customer in the waiting room was staring at the dogs. He should have kept those dogs outside with him or at home. One of the dogs had a smell to him.

      My husband and I had been to numerous car dealerships test driving new and used vehicles. We were frustrated at times and completely turned away from some dealerships just because we didn't care for the salesperson and others because of price. However, we had a completely different experience at Gateway Hyundai. George Vie was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in regards to the cars. Then, we were able to get a lot of valuable information from Jennifer Ewing in regards to lease vs. purchase pros and cons. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the financing aspect of the car buying experience. We also benefited from working with Kim Garner as she was the internet contact we had originally communicated through. She worked along with us almost the entire time to make sure we were happy with our purchase and that we got the best deal possible! I would highly recommend Gateway Hyundai and the above people to other car shoppers. My husband is thrilled with his new Sonata. Who knows, we may return shortly when it's time for me to replace my vehicle.

      I used Colonial for the 30,000 mile service on my Genesis Coupe. My service adviser was Kimberly Turner, and I cannot compliment her too highly. She was cheerful, professional and took the trouble to go over my service carefully and even take me back to the vehicle to explain a few things. All my issues were resolved to my complete satisfaction. Not only Ms. Turner but also all the service and billing staff I encountered were personable and welcoming. I would give this visit six stars, were it possible.
