  My family and I have done several real estate and insurance deals recently and in the past using this company. The staff is bar none the best around. They are the perfect model of how a customer client relationship should work. I've been in the technical/field service side of business for 22 years so I fully understand how proper customer service should work. Every transaction, negotiation, or interface was spot on. They are honest, to the point, very thorough, and accurate. I highly recommend any this company for any of your Realty or Insurance needs!

  Dell and the other people in the office made a pleasant experience in buying home insurance. Everyone in the office returns calls promptly and goes out of their way to help you. Give them a call,their rates are much cheaper than others in the area

  Listed house under priced, showed once in six months. No video was done. Not sure anything was done other than a few unflattering photos put online. Very disappointed.

  Kristen, We understand your disappointment with the service that you feel like you received. I have personally investigated your accusations. I know your current listing price is much lower than what our company listed your home for, and we always allow the client to determine their own listing price with our professional advice. From my understanding you insisted that we used photos that you provided to us, I have looked at both sets of photos and truly don’t understand your concern. We have no control over who wants to look at a specific home and do our best to promote the home. You are accusing us of not making a video, but your current listing does not have one and from my understanding you never asked us to complete one.   Listed house months ago, no showings yet. Photos of the interior they took were terrible. Just now got them to update them to ones I took. Been a very frustrating experience so far. Hoping it ends well though.
