  We will never use this bank again. The manager refused to let my 5 year old use the restroom and recommended we use a nearby parking lot in 26 degree weather because that's apparently a good idea. Apparently basic human decency is not a requirement to work there or even encouraged. Disappointing.

  I love banking at Clinton Savings, and I use the Bolton branch office just about every week for my family's personal and small business accounts. The staff at the Boston branch are unfailingly helpful and friendly. I was also given very good advice as I was setting up new accounts for my small business.
