  I love this bank. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Their children's bank program is incredible for helping teach kids about banking and saving. Every branch I've used is very involved in the community and they have their customers best interests at heart. Couldn't imagine banking anywhere else.

  Clinton National has the best drive through service that I have ever used. My favorite is the Lincoln Way location. They are so friendly, efficient, and professional. You can’t beat Kelsea Camp’s smile!

  Banked with them for a little over 2 years and I didn't feel like my money was appreciated there. It was as if I wasn't supposed to be making the money I was depositing into my account. No one wants to feel that way especially after they've worked hard for their money, and depositing the same company check every time!! I recently had a situation that happened with a teller (I won't rehash it) that left a very bad impression of this branch and was the final straw in closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.

  My first experience with this bank has not been good. Their ATM ate my daughters card and refused to return her card and the bank manager claimed the card would be shredded. My daughter had 3 forums of I.D. and two family members with her (all with I.D.) but the bank still refused to release the ATM card until we had threaten legal action and repeated calls from our bank. I cannot recommend this bank because of their unfriendly and down right hostile attitude towards customers. My daughter is going to college in Clinton... I would expect better treatment of people from a business.

  We love our bank! They always do such a great job working with us and even caught a fraud on my account before we knew our card was gone!!! They have great customer service too!
