  Dan was very attentive and proffesional, he answered all our questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Dan if you need something diligent when you decide to buy any property.   Dan and his Team were amazing! He was able to lock in a very low rate for us. His closing costs were lower than others AND he was able to pick up the ball that was dropped by a large bank, and got us closed in record time! We are forever grateful and loving our new home!!

  From contract to clear to close in 10 days....I didn't think it could be done, and Dan didn't promise it, but he said he'd try, and he delivered! Because Dan got all the loan paperwork to the title company by Christmas Eve Day, my clients (who were getting the loan and buying the house), were able to have a great holiday weekend knowing that they would get the keys to their new place just days before the arrival of their new baby!
