  My aunt had the pleasure of working with Melissa Cuartas and I was surprised at the level of service that was provided. While sometimes a closing is not easy for an average person, Melissa made the process very smooth. She drove all the way from Long Island just to pick up and deliver closing documents to my aunt. Now that's a certain level of dedication that cannot be found from ordinary mortgage brokers. I would greatly recommend her and Cliffco for your mortgage needs.

  As a home inspector I’ve received many referrals from mortgage bankers but no client comes more prepared to my inspection like Melissa Cuartas from Cliffco Mortgage Bankers. Not only does she take the time and necessary steps to qualify them but she also guides their clients through each process all the way up to closing.   Me and my fiancé used George Diamantakis after being recommended by a friend and it was one of the best decisions I made. George was extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable keeping us well informed through the whole process. I had many many questions and George was always there throughout the whole process weather it was early in the morning or late at night he was always there with an answer for my questions. George made this process extremely simple, easy and enjoyable and got us a very low interest rate. If there was any doubt in your mind about using a mortgage broker, DON’T. I can assure you that George is 100 percent the Perfect and trustworthy person to help you!

  Extremely disappointed with unprofessional service. Since Feb 2021 I have been working with two of their teams on a refinance, first Mario (an incompetent broker, whom you have to reach out and remind stuff), and the second time I worked with Jay Cassuto, who is another unprofessional and a big time scammer. I highly recommend not to waste your time here. Seems they are new to this business and surely do not know the procedures and the market. They do not have the courtesy to even tell you the truth, but would rather start ghosting calls, texts and emails. I wasted my precious 4 months, and lost on great low rates. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

  It was truly such a great experience being assisted every step of the way. There was no questions or any information not shared that was important. To receive such customer service is outstanding. I would receive constant updates and quick responses letting me know of any and all of the process during my case I truly appreciate all of Cliffco staff I must have dealt with at least 7-8 associates which were all terrific thank you you Cliffco. You really helped me achieve my near future goals. Resulting in my long term goals that much closer thank you again......
