  The woman working at the counter on Thursday, November 16th can't add. She thinks 17.50 + 1.59 + 2.50=20.00. She didnt explain fees of a netspend card and when I asked about them after the money was taken from my account, well after the fact, she was all over the place, frustrated, then hung up on me when i told her she couldn't add. I won't use them again and even though it was a little, the place took money from me they didn't explain ahead of time. I called back and she put me on hold for 4 minutes. When she finally answered, she made things worse by showing she couldnt do simple math to defend how she came up with the made up fees. Closing the call with "have a blessed day" was a nice touch though. Certainly God wouldn't care about a company giving poor service and taking more money than they explain when they bless the customers afterwards.

  I pay my lights there and cash my checks. The lady that works there is always fun to visit with... She very honest and always helpful... Been going here almost 6 months and never had a bad experience...

  It says they open at 9am but its 9:25 and they are not open!
