  They don’t now how to treat a customer. They close my account just because of a negative balance and when I called to ask about it the lady Sereena being the supervisor was rude she ask me why my account was in a negative balance for 4 months and I had to explain to her why. Employees there don’t have the right to ask their customers about why or any of their personal issues because it’s not their concerns about what us as customers do with our lifes. And she even said, “ I don’t know if we want a return customer like you.” And that’s just unprofessional of her to say that about a customer

  If I could rate this Credit Union at a 0; I would. My husband and I were looking to buy a car, and we called in advance to make sure we could withdraw the money needed for the purchase. Upon arriving, there was no friendly greeting or any acknowledgement to either of us, and once I filled out the paper, the younger lady at the front refused to take out the money I needed. Once she connected me with the manager, the experience worsened. The manager's name is Sabrina or Sabreena and you could tell she obviously wanted nothing to do with us, or frankly giving us our money. She showed no understanding or warmth in her voice and seemed irritated that we were even in her presence. Sabreena had a nasty attitude and obviously should not be in a place of management. If you want your money, and don't want to waste your time DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION.

  WORST customer service ever. I was “helped” by Alyssa Franco and she was so rude from the start. They do NOT even try to help and they all treat their customers very poorly.

  Went during their hours of operation, thinking it’s a federal credit union they would be open when they say their open. When I show up there’s a piece of paper that says “closes sorry for the inconvenience” with a frowning face drawn on it. Super unprofessional and coming from out of state and needing to get money out when I don’t have my bank security service fcu here having to rely on a partner fcu that isn’t reliable is so frustrating. Do better or hire more reliable bankers.

  They closed my son's account because he was negative -7 dollars and some change on his savings account. Never got notified in any way about this just one day he tried to check his account online because a purchase had been declined and "You're account has been closed " was what he read. Not right if you ask me. Closing someone's account without any type of notice.

  Terrible! They offered excellent free balance transfer credit card, so I applied for it in order to get out high interest rate card. They declined for non-sense reasons. Shame on Clearpath for not helping anyone who is in struggling and want to get out of high interest rate CC!

  Took a while to find. But I'm from new york and lost my debit card here in cali. Not wanting to waste time and money that i didnt have going to Every bank i was calling them. Silverstate SUCKS. they do not answer the phone. Every bank i called except clearpath didnt answer the phone. I call clear path and it rang twice and i was greeted by an actual person. I was shocked and ecstatic. Took two hours to get there by skate board but they are life savers. Fanstastic customer service. I don't ever do reviews but every other credit union within 40 miles of perris would NOT pick up the phone!! Thank you clear path!!

  one overdraft cost me $180 because they make it fall before a bunch of prior transactions, and it happens everytime. worst part is the they didnt even process the transaction and still charge for overdrafting!!! ONLY REASON I'M NEGATIVE IS THE 200 DOLLARS IN FEES. and it's happened multiple time. i'm switching banks...
