  I recently had the pleasure of closing on a refinance with Senior Loan Officer, Rick Bastian. Of all the 10+ times I've refinanced, there have been only 2 or 3 loan officers whom I would consider truly competent. My experience with Rick was smooth from the start. He struck me as an honest and very thorough person, clearly wanting to make the process as easy as possible for me. He always made himself available . We closed in a short time, as was his promise. You can be assured he will treat you with care.

  Choosing “Clear View Mortgage” as my mortgage broker company was definitely one of the best decisions I made throughout the whole process of my new home purchase. I got introduced to the company through a friend’s referral. Right away from my very first interaction, I found “Rick” as quite an honest, knowledgeable, and thorough person. I had self-educated myself about most aspects of purchasing a new home, i.e. loans and interest rates, closing costs and so forth prior to reaching out to CVM. That’s why I could easily tell that Rick has the right knowledge and skills to guide me through the steps and help me WIN a mortgage. Most other brokers I had reached out to would’ve just done the bare minimum effort in explaining the processes and nuances of loan approval process. Rick however, spent quite a long time explaining ups and downs of the business, and all the possibilities for me to end up in a win-win situation. He truly went above and beyond to make me feel 100% comfortable with my options and eventually picking the right one. “Amelia” did an amazing job as my Loan Processor, she was organized, quick, punctual, and right to the point. I am very happy with the service as well as the end product (my mortgage) I received from this compony. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family for future transactions.
