  Clear Skies Title is the best. Prompt, detailed service with a level of professionalism you do not often find in this space. When I did my research and found you can pay a wide range for these services, Clear Skies was the winner on both value and service. I used them twice for two different properties within a six month time frame.

  Another closing in the books! Thank you Prisca Lee! 2 deals done so far with Clear Skies and I would never go back to letting my attorney or bank choose a title company. I realized they did not have my best interest- only theirs. There really is a difference in the quality of product and service when the borrower chooses the title company. Clear Skies really fought for my closings to happen on time and did not stuff the invoices with nonsense fees. Transparent, honest, and expeditious. They did such a wonderful job! Highly recommended! Will be using for all my deals going forward.

  I highly recommend Clear Skies Title Agency. They put their clients first and that is how it should be with any business. Both buyer's and seller's were very happy with how the closing was handled. The agent was experienced. He explained everything in detail which is important! Just a well run company.
