  You could not ask for better people to work with. Harry Hayes and Leslie Lester raise the bar for everyone else in the loan game. They communicated extremely with me throughout the entire process. They were professional, personable, knowledgeable, and kind. I first got a construction loan and then switched into a 30 yr fixed rate. What a smooth process thanks to them. Clear Mountain Bank is extremely fortunate to have these two invaluable individuals representing their company.

  We were first time home buyers and Leslie made sure to take the time to explain everything to us, answer any questions we had, and kept us up to date on what was going on with our loan. She is so hardworking, sweet, personable, nice, and truly cares about her clients! If you want someone who is going to work their tail off for you, Leslie is your girl!   My husband and I of 42 years have bought several homes, borrowed for several different personal reasons and always had one or more checking accounts, with several different banks. With all of those we have been most pleased with Clear Mountain Bank. Their service is always professional and always friendly. Now, we deal only with Clear Mountain Bank. We recently dealt with Mortgage Specialist, Harry Hayes in the Sabraton, WV office, and were completely satisfied with not only his knowledge of the lending process but his utmost concern and prompt response to our every question. Harry never came across as too busy or too preoccupied to take our calls. We know that any concerns we have we will contact Harry and I'm sure he knows that as well. He makes banking easy.
