  Mike Tighe was very helpful throughout the entire process. He helped us through every step of the way. When looking at houses, he showed us everything to be concerned about and showed us all of the positives of the structure. We were very specific with location and how much space we needed, so he was left with quite the task, but he helped make it happen. We couldn't be more thankful for his work!

  Adam Davis went above and beyond to help us find our dream home! Despite the hurdles COVID threw at us, and the crazy real estate market at the time, we still found and closed on our home in a few short months. He was able to get us in to see properties ASAP (sometimes only hours after sending him these homes) and was able to assist us with the process of buying our dream home every step of the way as first time home buyers! It was also a huge plus that he was super knowledgeable about home structures, remodeling, prices of homes in that particular area etc. so we felt safe with him knowing there was no way he would let us buy a “lemon” that would never work with what we were looking for or that wouldn’t get it’s money back for that area. He was honest, beyond helpful, one of the nicest people to work with, and professional throughout everything! We would recommend Adam 100 times over in a heartbeat!

  I tried to buy a property from Billy Mulligan. Working under Ann Deveaux he never let me put a counter offer in he ignored all my attempts at contacting him. It sounds like an inside job to me. I will guarantee he is in on the sale. Very dishonest place of business.
