  They are behind in the times and need to join the 21st century. Every other bank can print you a new debit card on the spot if yours is compromised, stolen, or lost. It takes 10 business days here to replace your debit card or they charge you a heinous $50 to overnight it. Becoming more and more disappointed in them.

  Been a member for a couple years and except for the lack of branches, and maybe partnerships with other institutions so I'm not charged a withdrawal fee when using an ATM, I'm a very happy customer.

  Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! This has been a nightmare for my family. They are unwilling to talk or discuss anything. My mother-in-law, co signed on a lone for a grandchild on a truck. When he failed to pay, she found out she wasn't on the title but was still responsable but still had to pay but had no way to get the truck. Finally got drug addict sun to turn truck over to her but NOW THEY bounced a check and my mother-in-law is responsible

Nevertheless, we are aware of the human impact and it is hard when people with the best intentions are put in a tough spot.
