Rae Botsford1What a horrible little bank, opened by brand new business account with this credit union and after a FOUR months of constantly emailing them regarding a credit card application they FINALLY got back to me. Then I had auto pay set up for my internet bill. The account was overdrawn and I received a phone call.... after 35 days!! Needless to say I should have remembered my auto pay, but I have never seen a bank not let you aware of your overdrawn account until the almost absolute last moment before it goes to collections.... After all of that I went in and deposited a check for 3x's the amount I owed for my overdue account. A few days after the check cleared and I went to go use my debit card.... guess what. They shut it off, why? Because I mentioned that I would come in a probably close my account!! So they shut down my card without even letting me know! I was out of town for the weekend with no access to MY MONEY.

Amanda Hulligan3Loved this bank but it seems like they have gone back on some of their original standards... like only 1 overdraft fee when an account goes over... they hit you up multiple times and when asked about it they people shrug their shoulders as if they never knew about any of it. Its like theyre trying to take advantage where ever they can. I get sometimes the account goes over (which is extreemly rare for me) but then Im seeing a huge negative balance because they ran multiple things through that werent showing before or even on the holds page. Just seems a little fishy to me. The app must have bugs in it or something because its getting pretty out of hand.

Ryan Hubler1Unreal a $12.00 fee to make a credit card payment over phone! Robbery flat out worse than a bank, I thought credit unions were supposed to be better for the smaller people’s needs seems like the proof is in the pudding glad I am almost completely free of this institution!
