  KAITLYN HIGGINS SOLD OUR NEIGHBORS HOME SO WE CONTACTED HER ABOUT SELLING OURS. KAITLYN ARRIVED AT OUR HOME...WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL...GAVE US GOOD ADVICE ON SHOWING OUR PLACE AND FOUND A BUYER IN A TIMELY MANNER AND FOLLOWED THROUGH ON GETTING A CONTRACT AND SELLING OUR PROPERTY. WE "WOULD" RECOMMEND HER AND WOULD USE HER AGAIN.

  Usually I throw away junk mail, but since I had been looking for a mortgage company that would help e get into a home, I opened the mail from City Worth Properties and I made the best decision at that moment that made my dreams come true. Brenden, Julio and Heather are team that received a Gold Star from me for working with me getting this loan and getting the home of my dreams. To me they went beyond helping with the process and always reminded me that they were going to get this done and that they did. I would recommend this company to anyone that wanted personal service and a winning team to work with, then contact City Worth Properties and the team of Brenden, Julio and Heather.   On a whim, we decided to call Cityworth after we received their letter in the mail. "Worst they can say is no". Within 30 minutes, I was talking to Mike, then Taylor. "This has to be a scam" Over the next couple weeks, they held my hand as I navigated home buying for the first time (and using the VA Home Loan on top of that). They were prompt, responsive, patient, and educational. Hearing about others' home buying nightmares with other companies, I'm convinced these folks are amazing and go way above what you would expect. We just moved in to OUR fantastic home with room for the kids to play in the backyard. Honestly, I wish I could give them more stars. Absolutely amazing experience.

  It all started with a post I saw on Facebook. I decided to give it a try. Called David Shumway and the rest was history. Summer Bailey the most amazing realtor. I felt like she was my sibling very helpful. Brian shumway amazing guy got me to closing within 25days, Sabre was good with preocessing my docs. All together the discount I got from these people toward closing was almost $7000 excluding the seller's credit. These people are amazing. I will definitely recommend cityWorth to anyone. I am very happy. Thanks guys

  My husband and I were turned down several times by other banks and lenders prior to trying city worth. Our real estate agent Chip and our banker Connor were amazing. They were very prompt with answering phone calls from me, stayed in touch on a day to day basis and answered every ridiculous question I might have had considering this was our 1st time buying a home. I am so grateful and forever thankful for their extremely hard work. Thanks so much guys!

  If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I can't say enough what a fantastic experience it was working with Dylan Martin, Patrick Shumway, and Alexandra Matei on purchasing our new home. They worked with us closely and efficiently every step of the way. I feel like they are all a part of my family now. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home!

  Me and my wife have been dreaming to buy a home for a long time. Cityworth.....wow what a great company to deal with, especially agent Chris Perkins....our realtor, he was well versed in the area and attentive to the calls all the time. Also, the mortgage banker Andrew D’Amato who patiently helped me with my questions and closed the loan very fast.
