  If you want a pawn shop that is actually fair, honest, and works with you...this is the place to go! I did a loan on a diamond engagement ring and got exactly what I needed ($$ wise). Unfortunately, I found myself in a jam and wasnt able to pick up my ring within the loan period. Instead of being about the money, he worked with me to make sure I did not lose my ring and wasnt going to end up paying an arm and a leg in order to get my item back!!! Some places do not care at all and you'd just end up losing the item or paying way too much if you actually want it back. I am BEYOND grateful that he was willing to work with me!! One of the best pawn shops hands down in the area!! Thank you!!

  My experience at Citywide Pawn LLC was awesome. The owner was super friendly and helpful. I had a few questions in which he which he showed resourceful and complimented other business owners in the community. Have to go check out Citywide Pawn LLC if you haven’t!!

  I had the pleasure of popping into this pawn shop last week. I was considering letting go of a very special piece of family jewelry because we need money to help cover my child’s medical bills. I was so surprised by the owner(T)’s kindness, compassion and honesty. He is a rarity in this business and he took the time to explain the reality of what my Ring was worth, on the liquidation market and took steps that proved his points through other professionals confirmation. He has a business to run but also cares that people are treated fairly and to me that is integrity. I ended up deciding not to part with it (since it was worth more emotionally than what was realistically worh used) but I am so appreciative of the time and attention he gave me without ever feeling pressured. He’s a good man with a great business ethic and I will shop/pawn and refer people in the future. Great experience- awesome owner. 5 stars
