Esmerai1Get Your girl Charon at the drive thru as soon as I pulled in I was greeted with an eye roll I then proceeded to tell her what I needed and she walks away with another eye roll she then comes back and without saying anything to me for about 5min during that time Was constantly given ugly smirks and blatantly ignored she must of had a bad day but that is no way to treat customers. This is not someone you would want working for you

Xact Installs1THE HOLD DEPARTMENT AT ARVEST BANK IS HOLDING MY PAYROLL CHECK UNTIL MAY 4TH, 2022, IT WAS DEPOSITED LAST THURSDAY. I HAVE NEVER HAD IN TWO AND A HALF YEARS A PAYROLL CHECK FROM XACT BOUNCE AND EVERYONE GOING INTO THE BANK AND CALLING THE BANK SAYS THE HOLD DEPARTMENT WILL NOT RELEASE IT. I WRITE THE CHECKS FOR OUR EMPLOYEES AND THE CHECK CLEARED AT CHASE ON 4/28/22 AND ARVEST WILL NOT GIVE ME THE MONEY. NOR ANOTHER EMPLOYEE JEREMIAH JUSTICE. HOW CAN A BANK PLAY GOD AND WITHHOLD A PERSON'S PAYROLL AND GIVE NO REASON BY ANYBODY!!!!! I AM OPENING AN ACCOUNT AT CHASE AND HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT ARVEST. MARY CHRISTIAN

Akeem Odutayo1Wish there was a lower rating to give this branch than a one star and I will rate it. I was treated with the worst customer service ever by a rep named Richardo when I went in for a wire transfer. He had an attitude from the beginning of transaction. I wasn’t asking for much, simply to do a wire transfer and be treated with extra ordinary customer service since I have an account with the branch. With an attitude, he collected the details and even stated to me when I asked for a statement of the transaction to be given so I relate with my partner that the transaction was completed that why will I need one for just a $10,000 when he has dealt with much higher transactions. He told me he couldn’t give me any and told me to go outside to take a picture of the building with me in front of it to send to my partner to show I was in a bank to do a transaction as evidence of the transaction. When I told him this was unacceptable, he told me to get out of his office since it was a mere $10,000 transfer. I was shocked as all I asked for evidence of the transaction in either a paper form or picture of the form. Not sure what he was upset about or what triggered him but he can’t call my transaction mere and compare it with others. Worst rep ever. Disappointed Arvest has such employee!

Benjamin Nein1This is the worst bank out of any of the Arvest locations I have ever been to. Arvest is never great about speed or customer service or ease of use; however I experienced the worst customer service at this location several times. This time I pulled up to the drive through to deposit a check into my joint checking with my wife. I was able to immediately pull up to the lane and sent in my check and license. 15 minutes later (literally, I timed it) they finally talk to me. Informed me that they can’t do it without my wife being there, which is only half of the problem. The lady was extremely rude and didn’t explain why and had already sent my stuff back out before telling me why. Went to my other back and it wasn’t a problem at all. I will be closing all my accounts with Arvest and moving else where, they do this repeatedly at many locations and never with a sense of timelyness or with pleasant customer service. Worst bank ever STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
Response from the ownerBenjamin Nein, we are truly sorry to hear about this. If you would let us, we'd like to listen and learn more about your experiences. Would you please email [email protected] with your phone number so we can have management follow up?

jason hart1Have had accounts with them since the early 2000s. Today after withdrawing money from the atm I was ran off from the parking lot by a security guard for basically being in the parking lot too long. “The parking lot is for official bank business” he said when cutting me off after asking what I was doing. I was there in the middle of the day making a purchase from someone I had never met before because it was a convenient and safe place to do so. I know tons of people that conduct business transactions at their banks. I’m now considering whether or not I’m going to move all my accounts to another bank including my mortgage. They haven’t often angered me over the years, but today they managed to go above and beyond in doing so.

Charity Madlock1Someone at this location gave my son’s social security number out to his father, who is not present in my son’s life. I know this because my son’s father TOLD ME that the worker gave him my son’s social security number AFTER he heard me refusing to give him the information over the phone. I have since received two insufficient funds notices, on my son’s behalf. So, I called customer service this morning where I was told “I don’t know if I believe that” when I explained what I was told had happened BY MY SON’S FATHER, where he ADMITTED that a bank worker GAVE HIM MY 19 MONTH OLD’S SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I have spoken with an attorney and most definitely will be pressing any and every charge that I am able to against EVERYONE INVOLVED. I will also be very happily closing out my accounts as soon as I get everything sorted.
Response from the ownerHi Dusty, we're so sorry to hear about your experience at our Garnett Road branch in Tulsa. We would like to connect with you so that we can listen and learn more about your situation. Would you please send your name and contact phone number to [email protected]?

Efrain Martin1Very slow and unhelpful. ATM took my check did not deposit it in my account and refused to return it to me. When I asked for help they told me to come inside and when I said I was in a hurry and needed the money for bills and such, The lady just shut off the screen and moved to the next customer. Rude. Inside they tell me to I have to dispute the check and wait 2 weeks to get my money that I needed immediately. They did not care and were rude. Closing my account soon

Richard Craig1I arrived 2 minutes late and they were unbelievably pedantic about it! I bank here daily. They know me by name. They were so quick to throw the book in my face just to get out of working. Lazy, slow workers and polite but terrible customer service. After four months coming here daily, I can officially say it's one of the worst bank branches I've ever dealt with. Go anywhere else... F these jerks.
Response from the ownerRichard, we’re so sorry to see this. We’d like to discuss what happened. Please email [email protected] with your phone number so we can have local management follow up.

William Guerrero1This bank is the worst. Alot of hidden fees and they was rude at the drive thru window and then the next day closed my overdraft because they knew I counted on that to pay on stuff through the holiday season. They would never ever get my business again. I made alot of transactions during the day, got confirmation number that the payments go through, double checked with customer service that payment was accounted for. Then 5 hours later, I overdrawn my account. Next thing you know, they charge me almost 200 dollars of fees and come to find out, they been doing this for a long time now. Another time, I was working in Texas and I asked for them to send me a new card because the strip was worn. They advise that the card would be shipped to me in 7-10 days. I received nothing. I did this process 4-5 times. It took them two months for me to get my card. During this process, I had to transfer money to my fiancé account and then she sent me money Walmart to Walmart. I paid about 15 dollars a week for this process and not only that but the inconvenience. Worst bank ever If its the only bank in your town, I suggest to take a road trip. SERIOUSLY! #:;&&&
