  I love this bank. Ryan rocks! I have never felt so comfortable and confident about the service Im going to receive. This bank makes you feel like you are a friend and a valued customer. What more can a person ask for? Any time I've had an issue with with , for example, an online entity who won't let me cancel, my bank protected me as if I was a VIP and not the person at fault for putting my actual bank info at risk online. If you aren't banking here you are missing out on a great experience. As long as this bank is in business I will be here with them. Thanks City National.

  This is a great bank! The customer service is always exceptional and they know me by name every time I go in. I love that they realize unexpected things happen sometimes and are still willing to help people with checking accounts no matter my history with other banks. Also their hours are so convenient!! Thank you!

  I have been banking with City National Bank for about 8 years, and they are like wine; finer with time. Roy from the Wichita, KS location on E Pawnee, offered to link my replacement card to my savings account without me asking . The customer service is exceptional .

  All I needed was a roll of quarters, so I had to go through the bank to get them, because Wal-Mart Money Center say's they don't sale quarters lol what kinda of noise is that

  This bank and all their staff are great and work really hard to meet your needs. Very professional . My granddaughter who is 5 loves this bank also and the staff. Now that’s says a lot.
