  The employees of this bank are amazing to me. Every time I come here they treat me with the utmost respect, always very kind and they asked me how my day is going. I never have problems cashing my checks with this branch. Maria, Hillary and Mina thank you for being so sweet and kind to me.

  Miss Teresa Bernardo very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She’s one of the best employees @CNB. I’ve been to other branch, they’re good too, but the one in La Palma branch is one of the best, excellent customer service and friendly. They treat everyone like a VIP!!!   Poor customer service.I waited in line for 4 mind. I was the only one in line. A lady from the bank, from her desk asked if I had a deposit. Told her no. Asked if I had a cash deposit told her no she then told me to have a seat took my check.she placed it with the guy who had a customer face up so he can see my check. I sat waited for 3 mins.then she told me to have a seat pointed in far direction. I went to sit there. Waited again 2 mins Then after sitting there she told me no here she asked for my debit card I declined to give to her. (since my check was with the guy who he was helping the same customer) Then she told me after seating there for 2 mins no here . (to the guy who now finished with his customer). Went to his seat and the drank his coffee and looked at me and told me to signed my check. Didn't say good morning Hello how are you. Just sign. Poor poor service. Never will I go there again.

  Bank tellers are really nice, and helpful. We had a few different transactions at one visit during COVID19 teller was very accomodating and helpful.

  I went to cash a check....to my surprise they'd didn't have "that kind" of cash, wasn't much....they, teller and her superior, continued to tell me why they don't have cash and went on with the tone of putting me in place.....really? Seriously, it's bad enough for a bank to not have cash....the teller and her superior made it worse by wasting my time trying to educate me on why....they said they have to order cash and it may take a few days.....wow!!!! Dont we go to burger joint to get a burger? The worst customer service ever!!!!!!

  Got here at 6:01 they’re Looking at me and ignore me and when I ask if they can still help me they told me no that’s horrible customer service Citinational you should be ashamed of yourself.How can you say you care about your customers you can look at them through a window and say forget you sorry it’s too late we need to leave that’s ridiculous very poor customer service and poor etiquette Very disappointed overall
