  Good company to work with, however it is difficult to speak directly with them. Return calls take a little too long. Seems like they would rather just communicate via email.

  all of my experiences with Sun West have surpassed my expectations by far! This company really does help you in hard times.   The most recent conversation with the mortgage representative that I spoke to on this particular occasion was very knowledgeable on ways that I could be helped and very courteous and kind. I wish I could say the same thing about the rest of my calls to sunwest but this time the representative I spoke with was excellent and very informative and helpful. I will be talking to him from now on with any of my mortgage needs. Thank you

  Wow, i dont even normally even leave reviews. My mom and I had a great experience with Christian Castillo. I normally dont like telemarketers but he the was phenomenal and I almost did not decide to speak with a loan officer but when he called my mom a month ago he encouraged us to try it out and now my mom is close to closing her loan. We are very happy with this experience so far. Thank you to Christian.

  They worked very hard to get my mortgage approved. This was my first time doing a loan online and I was very skeptical and can be a pain as I I am persistent and thorough. Altricia and Ilena did not back away from my many emails and phone calls and answered them quickly. I would use them again.
