If I can give a NEGATIVE star rating that’s what I will rate the location... to be a bank and professional services industry the employees there SUCK! The employees are RUDE! Un-attentive very very un-professional! And worst of all the degree of customer service is beyond disgusting. And the managers should be embarrassed and ashamed that they hire low luster employees... maybe there should be a team building event for the employees to work on how to greet customers from regular customers to your high clientele customers, each person that comes in should be greeted with a warm welcome not employees ignoring customers and have side conversations about their husbands and domestic home afffairs.... get it together City National Bank!
