      City national arranges transactions to maximize overdraft fees. Gave two stars since apparently most banks do this...When the Flatwoods bank was Town Square, they would have never done this.

      Hope you never need a replacement debit card! I have been waiting for 2 WEEKS for my card. This is completely unacceptable!!!! Unfortunately City bought out my previous bank that could produce a debit card the same day you asked for one. Apparently customer service is low on the grand scale of things, I’m sure if I were anyone that City considered “important” I would have already had my card. Furthermore, I had 2 house pymts left that was automatically withdrawn, however, City did not pull my next to last pymt stating “you are close to paying off so we just didn’t pull it out”. REALLY!!!! I will be shopping for a new bank that is more accommodating to its customers needs.
